Freeway is an elegant and ergonomic Horizontal Aerosol Actuator, consisting of 2 pieces: the Aerosol Actuator Dome itself and an insert guaranteeing the best spray quality. Freeway is a perfect solution for end-use markets such as hair sprays, air fresheners or insecticides, among others.
PRECISION offers you a wide range of large Aerosol Actuators or Spray Actuators called Aerosol Dome or Spray Cap Actuators. Those Spray Actuator “Domes” (Spray Cap Actuators) are fixed on the body of the Aerosol Can (can-fitting) and thus totally hide the Aerosol Valve. PRECISION’s Dome Aerosol Actuator Range (Spray Cap Actuator) often offers a 1 piece or a 2-piece version for a better quality of the Spray. According to the choice of Aerosol Actuator, the spray can be diffused horizontally, vertically or at an angle. In the case of a 2-piece Spray Cap Aerosol Actuator, an insert is assembled to the Aerosol Actuator. This insert will be chosen according to your Product Formulation, the Propellant Gas and your expectations in terms of Spray Quality: type and density of Spray, particle size, diffusion angle, etc…
